The Location Report generally should be filled out by the end of the first day on location. However, it may take another day or two to realistically assess the location elements required in the report.
And, remember, a new report is required each time one of the elements vital to the report changes, such as moving to the 'next' location area.
If you don't report how you and your crew are being treated on a distant location, how is the Local going to protect your interests? And, yes, phone calls are good but a paper trail is very important.
You may snail-mail or email these forms back to the Local.
